Interior design training
Cadres solve everything, so we try to choose and grow the best specialists for our customers' projects.
We consider it absolutely absurd to study the profession of an interior designer at courses of several months. We will never hire such "specialists", but there really is a shortage of personnel, so we started participating in a joint educational program together with the Institute of Business and Design.
Khalitov Ilyas, the head of Studio M17, teaches interior design subject there, which consists of lectures on planning solutions, their acceptability, about the materials and equipment used. In addition, there are practical classes where we visit specialized shopping centers and our facilities under construction.
The introductory condition for students is the apartment itself "in concrete" – for every place the initial plan is the same, while the family composition, wishes and budgets are different for everyone. In this way, those aspects that are important in the real world are taken into account.
As a result of the semester, students prepare a project with a set of drawings, specifications, collages and sketches.
In addition, students at the institute learn the history of architecture and art, coloristics, graphic design, materials science, as well as a lot of other subjects, not knowing which it is impossible to become a professional in interior design.
Our studio will offer the most capable students to take an internship, and those who will cope with it most successfully will receive a job offer.
